Library Program

If you are a Librarian in the Public Library System and would like to partner with the PA Renaissance Faire in a Children’s Reading program that results in free tickets for the participants of your Reading program, then please take time to fill out the form below. The Free Admission to the PA Renaissance Faire takes place during our Community Outreach weekend - Saturday and Sunday, 8/18 and 8/19, 2012.

How it works?

Fill out the form and hit submit. Once the form has been received and reviewed the contact person will get a notification by email stating that you have been approved for the program. Then you as the administrator may go ahead and set-up the Reading Program anyway you see fit. Once everyone has completed their challenge/goals send us your count of those that completed the Reading Program and we will send you wrist bands that you distribute to the youth. The wrist band is their free admission to the PA Renaissance Faire. We need your count by Friday, August 3, 2012. Any child 18 and under is allowed to participant in the reading program.

Please Note:

The free admission is not intended for the staff, parents or volunteers of the organization. We applaud the hard work and talents of the staff and volunteers of these organizations, but our goal is to reach out to those receiving the benefits of these valued organizations. Any staff, parent or volunteer may purchase tickets prior to the weekend through our website: www.parenfaire.com or purchase tickets the day of at the front gates.

What is Community Outreach Weekend?
