Sunset Tickets allow guest to enjoy the remaining 6 hours of the Celtic Fling festivities, including the end of day Ceilidh. Food booths, pour houses and independent vendors begin closing at 8PM at the start of the Ceilidh at the Globe Theater. The Faire site closes at 9:30 PM.
Regardless of the day's ticket sold out status, 4:30PM Entry Sunset Celtic Fling Tickets will go live on the online box office at 3:45PM on Saturday and Sunday, June 28 and 29 at 3:45PM with entry to the Celtic Fling beginning at 4:30PM. The 4:30PM Entry Sunset Celtic Fling Tickets are not available in advance of the actual Celtic Fling date. The Sunset Ticket is valid only at the 2025 Celtic Fling on the date of purchase from 4:30PM-9PM. Sunset Ticket quantities are limited per day. Tickets must be purchased online through the Virtual Box Office and can be shown from a mobile device the day of your visit for entry. NO GATE SALES. Tickets are non-refundable. Children under 5 are admitted free and do not require a ticket.

Top Irish musicians have united with the finest Nashville players to create the new sound and energy of The Celts. TC perform a fresh hybrid of Irish Americana which combines their own rootsy originals and tight vocal harmonies with fiery Irish Trad instrumentals.
The Celts are award winning lead singer/fiddler Maggie Lander, Ric Blair on vocals, guitar, piano, and bodhran, Patrick D’Arcy (U2, Sting, Josh Groban) from Dublin, Ireland on pipes, whistle, mandolin, Fiachra O’Regan (Waterboys, Bill Whelan) from Connemara, Ireland on pipes and tenor banjo, and Matt Menefee (Bruce Hornsby, Mumford & Sons) on 5 string banjo/mandolin, dobro, and vocals.
The Celts pack concert halls around the world including The Grand Ole Opry, The Ryman Auditorium, The Lincoln Center, Theaters, and Performing Arts Centers. They have made numerous appearances on WSM Radio, NPR, PBS shows like The Bluegrasss Underground, Music City Roots, and Woodsongs Radio Hour. Band leader Ric Blair credits much of their success to their exposure on PBS. The group has shared the stage with Vince Gill, Cathy Jordan (Dervish), Mairead Ni Mhaonaigh (Altan), Ricky Skaggs, Tim O’Brien, Patty Loveless, just to name a few.
The new TC record entitled Traveling On with guest musicians Jeff Taylor (Bob Dylan, Elvis Costello, etc) on Accordion, Byron House (Robert Plant, Alison Krauss) on bass and Natalya Kay (Gaelic Storm) on fiddle is now available on Spotify and all platforms.

Gaelic Mishap is Maryland’s premier Celtic Rock Band.
Formed in 2010, Gaelic Mishap blends unmatched vocals and iconic fiddling into Celtic rock, shanties, and traditional Irish tunes. Whether young or old, at a festival or in the pub, Gaelic Mishap will "wow" you with their original music while throwing surprises, or "mishaps", into the hits and covers you know and love.
Gaelic Mishap has performed at a variety of venues across several states, including: the Celtic Fling, Annapolis Irish Festival, The Hamilton Theater, the Philadelphia Fleadh, the Martinsburg Irish Festival, Washington DC’s Shamrockfest, and many more. They've played alongside or opened for some of the largest national/international acts in the Celtic Scene, including: Carbon Leaf, Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphys and Gaelic Storm.

In the Irish language, the word Faoileán [FWEEL-AWN] means seabird; or, one who circles or spins, or one who cries, or wild one. Honoring the gravity of this word and language, Nathan Bishop, Connor Brogan, and Rob Helsel adopted Faoileán as the name for their New Jersey-Philadelphia based Irish folk outfit. Faoileán challenges and experiments with the limits of modern Irish folk music, executing tender verses in five-hundred year old ballads, gliding and soaring through original and handed-down melodies, and ripping the fabric of tunes apart in intensity and atmosphere. The trio released their debut album Far Hills in 2023, and album #2 is currently underway.

Ally the Piper is a multi-instrumentalist out of New York. She specializes in celtic instrumentation, such as the Highland Bagpipe, Scottish Smallpipe, Irish whistles, and vocals. At age 16, Ally became a world champion performing on the Highland Bagpipe and holds several domestic and international titles. She performs professionally, and virtually through her various social media platforms where she has amassed nearly three million followers, making her the most followed bagpiper on the internet.

An international performer, multi-instrumentalist, and award winning songwriter, Brandon Kennedy harnesses the magic of the Emerald Isle. From blazing reels to melancholy ballads, he uses a loop pedal to create ethereal arrangements of vocals, guitar and fiddle. Having cut his teeth in the pubs of Galway and County Clare, his modern take on Celtic classics weaves a majestic tapestry that will leave you awakened and spirited.

The Celtic Revels — the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire's very own Celtic house band — returns to the stage! Armed with theatre degrees and an eclectic array of musical instruments, they perform modern folk hits, ren faire bops, and general shenaniganery.

Hailing from Glengarry County in Ontario, Canada, the seasoned members that make Hadrian's Wall deliver an impressive blend of Irish, Scottish and Canadiana music fused with elements of Jazz and Rock. Hadrian’s Wall has recorded and toured eight albums since 1995 as well performed at some of the biggest Celtic and World Festivals in North America, The Caribbean, and Europe. All of the band’s members enjoy a variety professional music pedigree that together makes Hadrian’s Wall a formidable, professional and entertaining ensemble for all music audiences.

Hold Fast is a versatile six-piece band hailing from Harrisburg, PA blending genres of Celtic punk, Irish folk, and pirate rock. Their captivating, high-energy performance transports audiences to places where tales of the sea, songs of whiskey, and lessons on love and life are blended with precise musicianship, creativity, and Celtic pride. Exiles and mutineers all, Hold Fast gets a rebellion started and keeps it going long into the early morning!

The husband and wife duo of Josh and Julie Kinn – weave octave mandolin, bodhrán (Irish drum), and smooth vocal harmonies into their Celtic folk music from the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. From sea shanties and working songs, to trad tunes and Old Time favorites, Kinnfolk’s fresh take on classics blends seamlessly with their original compositions. They share stories as enduring as tartan, spinning yarns steeped in Appalachian charm and enjoying playful banter with the audience. Their shows feel like a kitchen party, where everyone is family, and there’s always room for a dancer.

Poor Man’s Gambit is a progressive traditional Irish band based in Pennsylvania, USA. Bringing traditional songs and tunes into the 21st century with contemporary rhythm and stylized arrangements, PMG enhances the listening experience with backstories of time on the road, and historical anecdotes that influence the pieces in their repertoire. With two multi-instrumentalists in the line-up, and featuring fiddle, button accordion, guitar, bodhran, cittern, vocals, and dance, the band has been noted for their ability to offer several layers of musical depth in addition to virtuosic musicality.

Formed in 1995 as a military-style pipes and drums band. In honor of a past Pipe Major our uniforms emulate the Black Watch. We enjoy getting together to play the music of Scotland and Ireland and provide Celtic flair to events in our area. We rehearse in Annville, welcome new members, and offer lessons as well.

Celebrating 16 years together as a band, Celtic-American Roots music group, RUNA, continues to push the boundaries of Irish folk music into the Americana and roots music formats. Interweaving the haunting melodies and exuberant tunes of Ireland and Scotland with the lush harmonies and intoxicating rhythms of jazz, bluegrass, flamenco and blues, they offer a thrilling and redefining take on traditional music.
Seeking to preserve and continue a traditional culture in a modern age, RUNA creates the backbone of its signature roots sound from the musical and geographical diversity of its individually established band members. Their strive for excellence and creativity blazes a trail for the future of folk music, earning them the reputation as one of the most innovative Irish folk groups of this generation.

Five siblings create a fusion of Celtic and roots music on harp, hammered dulcimer, mandolin, fiddle, and more. Their original music has been featured on both national radio and television, and their six albums have received International recognition in Irish Music Magazine, Roots Magazine, Faith and Family Magazine, and more. Their fresh arrangements of classic Irish songs as well as original music will have you singing and clapping along!

SYR (“sire”) is redefining Celtic Rock by taking inspiration from Celtic history, stories, and myths, to create powerful contemporary songs with themes of battle, love, and victory. Their high-energy performance and foot-stomping style has become a welcome addition to festivals and events across the U.S. Front-man Kyle MacCallum founded SYR on the belief that the rich heritage of the Celtic Nations could be brought to life in a fresh musical style that appeals to all ages.

Waking Finnegan, dubbed as "critically acclaimed" and "crowed pleasing" by Broadway World, has been performing theatres and festivals around New England and Canada. Waking Finnegan captures an audience with their compelling arrangements as well as visually with their stage presence and high energy antics. This band is guaranteed to be an experience so get your feet on the floor and pint in the air for Waking Finnegan.

Discovery Garden - 12:00PM •There's nothing cuter than cute kids, except when they're wearing their kilts! All the wee Nipperkins (11 and under) that have donned a kilt for the weekend's festivities are invitied to participate for accolades and great prizes.
Chessboard - 2:15PM • For Highlanders 11 years old and younger, bring your lassies and laddies for the opportunity to try their hands at the Celtic Fling’s Wee Highland Games. They'll test their strength under the Caber Noodle Toss, their agility with the Sheep Toss and their team work with the Tug of War. Everyone is Scottish at the Wee Highland Games and all are winners at the Celtic Fling.
Chessboard - 5:15PM • Strut your stuff or simply root for your favorite as up to 12 kilted competitors strive to earn your admiration, and great prizes too! Open for the first time to anyone who thinks they've got the stuff; see if any of them can go the whole nine yards! Hand-forged, combat ready Renaissance blades perfect for edge-to-edge stage combat. On-site blacksmith performing live, public demonstrations of forging iron over a 2,500° Fahrenheit fire. A clan is considered to be a group of families that are affiliated by geography or marriage or political necessity. Celtic folk frequently use the term “clan,” but no specific definition of the term is accepted by all authorities. The word itself is Gaelic for "children" and was also used as an equivalent for "family."
In addition to offering name lists to search through, you’ll be able to explore clan histories and the work the societies are doing. Interesting fundraising merchandise for sale may include baked goods, books, music, T-shirts, kilts and tartan. Professional competitors are assigned points according to their placement in each Heavy Event. The athlete with the best overall combined performance earns the title "Athlete of the Day." So recognized, the Athlete Of The Day earns an automatic berth in the East Coast Championships in The Plains, VA at Great Meadow Field Event Center. The Athlete is also presented a symbolic Highland Claymore sword.
M.A.S.A. (Mid-Atlantic Scottish Athletics) was founded in 1999 by Heavy Events Athletes and Judges in the Mid-Atlantic region of the eastern United States to organize and promote the Heavy Events. M.A.S.A. is now the official sanctioning organization of the majority of the Heavy Events competitions held in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Kentucky. Scots have tested their strength against each other at Highland gatherings for centuries. King Malcolm Canmore, who began his reign in 1057, is credited with initiating crude forms of today's Scottish Highland Games athletic competition as a means of improving the abilities of his military. While the games had become festive occasions by the sixteenth century, they were still seen as a way for kings and chiefs to choose the best men for their retinues.
