Reels on Wheels Social Guidelines

We thank everyone in advance for doing their part to make Rees on Wheels a great success in our community. We are learning new ways to serve you in a safe way. Safety of our patrons and staff is our number one priority. Due to the current circumstances, all policies may be changed or updated without notice.

  • All recommended and required policies, directives, and orders from the Local and state health departments will be followed, as well as any CDC guidelines where applicable.
  • 6 feet social distancing must be maintained at any time you are not in, on or within reach of your vehicle.
  • If you or any person in your household is not feeling well, please remain home for the safety of everyone.
  • Gathering with other vehicles will not be permitted at this time.
  • Online presale tickets only. No 'day of tickets' will be available on site.
  • If leaving your vehicle, a face covering is required.
  • Food and Beverage orders can be made at the Taproom & Grille.
  • 6 foot of Social distancing must be followed at the restrooms as well. Please don't wait till intermission to use the restrooms. Using the restrooms throughout the movie will help keep lines from forming.

Reels on Wheels Policies & Rules

Please help make the Reels on Wheels experience

  • Tune to FM station 107.5 for Movie Sound. Feel free to bring your own FM Radio, or visit the Taproom for rental information
  • If you have a concern, go to the projectionist.
  • No motorcycles, scooters, or bikes of any type allowed.
  • No drugs or outside alcohol permitted on the premises.
  • Be courteous to those around you.
  • If leaving your vehicle, a face covering is required.
  • No smoking in the audience area. Designated smoking area in Taproom Courtyard.
  • Please place all trash in the trash receptacles.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted on our premises.
  • You may not cook, grill or in any way prepare food on premises.
  • Mount Hope Estate and its employees are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, losses or theft.
  • Retain your purcahse recepit…There are no refunds, but they are proof of entry.
  • If you leave the Estate, you must pay to re-enter.
  • The posted speed limit is SLOW.
  • Vehicles will be parked by size.
  • Please work with the parking attendants as we learn to "Reel"
  • Trucks can park in reverse to sit in the bed. Lift gates and doors cannot be raised higher than the roof of vehicle.
  • Do not place anything on top of your vehicle including people.
  • Do not ever sound your horn. Never put a light of any sort on the screen.
  • Laser pointers are forbidden anywhere in our theater.
  • Carbon monoxide is Poison. Do not leave your car engine running.

General Information

The event is located on the grounds of Mount Hope Estate, home of the PA Renaissance Faire. The street address is 2775 Lebanon Rd. Manheim, PA 17545. While the movie begins at dusk, we encourage patrons to arrive a little early for smoother entry and parking.
The movie will be shown in the Main Lot on grounds. You will be able to see the screen as you drive-on grounds, and there will be parking attendents directing traffic.

Swashbuckler Brewing Co. Beers, Lancaster County Ciders, Mount Hope Wines and Signature Cocktails and Slushies from Spirits Distilling Co. will be available at the Taproom & Grille

Yes, the grounds of Mount Hope Estate are ADA accessible.
Cars are permitted to stay parked in the lot overnight if the driver has been drinking and has found another way home. Camping is not permitted in the parking lot of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire.

Ticket Information

General admission price is $25 per car in advance (on the Virtual Box Office). Please note that day-of tickets are not available.
You can purchase advance tickets at the Virtual Box Office. There are a limited number of spots available per event.
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Conditions of Ticket Sale

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Event tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not for resale. Once a ticket has been scanned at the Front Gate upon entry, it is voided and no longer holds any value. The Faire does not monitor any guests’ level of participation or length of stay. Refunds are not available to guests who choose to leave. The bearer of an event ticket agrees to hold blameless and harmless Mazza Vineyards, Inc. or any of its affiliates, in the event of personal injury or loss or damage to property. The holder of the ticket assumes all responsibilities for any risk of bodily harm or loss of property sustained while attending the event, and waives all rights to lay claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during or after the event. You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume Alcohol.

Your ID will be verified before being served alcohol. Outside food, drink and pets are not permitted. You hereby consent to the reasonable search for alcoholic beverages, drugs, or firearms. You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions of these conditions of ticket sale.
It has become necessary to include a per ticket service fee for our event tickets in order to defray the rising costs of taxes and credit card processing. The fee also offsets the costs of consumables, ticket handling, and support. 2020 Service Fees are set: Online - $1.50/ticket, Telephone Transactions - $2.25/ticket, and Season Passes - $2.75/pass (online, phone or on site).
Yes, you can leave and re-enter any time during the event. We ask that you please use caution as you enter/exit the parking lots.
No matter what your age, please be prepared to show proper identification in order to purchase alcoholic beverages at the Taproom & Grille. Valid ID includes a state issued driver's license or state issued ID card with photo, a passport, or a United States military identification card with photo. We are unable to accept any foreign driver's license. Note that the identification cannot be expired at the time of the festival.
