Full Time Bacchanalian Cast |
| On January 30 & 31, actors can audition for the full-time, professional Bacchanalian acting company consisting of 35 to 40 experienced male and female actors, singers and dancers from across the country. The Bacchanalians will perform swashbuckling swordplay shows, Shakespearean dramas, interactive improvised scenarios, and rollicking music and dance numbers, all while portraying Elizabethan characters. The Bacchanalian Cast commitment is 17 weeks beginning with six weeks of intensive rehearsals and continuing with a 12-week performance run, Saturdays, Sundays and Labor Day Monday August 14 through October 31, with some mid-week school day performances. |

| All auditionees should bring a headshot and resume and prepare a one minute monologue and thirty seconds of an acapella song. If you play an instrument, please bring that as well. Call backs will be held the same day. To schedule an audition call 717-665-7021 ext. 135. |

The Blackfryars begin their training in April, attending rehearsals and workshops every Saturday through the opening of the Faire on August 14. Performances run Saturdays, Sundays and Labor Day Monday from the opening in August until October 31. |
| Blackfryar auditionees must be 15 years of age or older, and have the desire to work and learn in a professional theater environment. Theatrical experience is not required, only a sense of fun and teamwork. |
