- Royal Kazoo Orchestra: Youthful minstrels are invited to become part of the Mad Mechanical's Royal Kazoo Orchestra and learn to play England's Greatest Kazoo Song, mayhap performing for the Queen, Herself!

- So Thou Thinkest Thou Cans't Dance: (Peasant Dance) Bring both of thy left feet and see if the good Shire Folk can teach ye how to dance a Courtly Jig. Couples' registration begins at 12:00 at the Chess Arena, with a preliminary competition during the 12:30 Peasant Dance. Finalists will return for a rousing competition at 3:00. Fabulous footloose prizes to be awarded.
1st Place winners win 2 Tickets to the American Music Theater and a $50 Gift Certificate to Doc Hollidays.
2nd Place Winners win 2 Tickets to Dutch Wonderland and a $25 Gift Certificate to Doc Hollidays.
3rd Place Winners win 2 Tickets to the Whitaker Center in Harrisburg.

| The Citizens of the Shire come together to introduce to the Queen all the Media Personalities taking part in the Media Olympics Competition all for the good of the Make-A-Wish Children! The Olympics occur on Saturday and Sunday September 13th-14th. Visit the Faire and cheer on your favorite personalities all in the name of the Make-A-Wish Kids! |

To help raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, local Radio & TV personalities join the Wish Children in competing in a number of events. The Reigning Champion was WGAL Channel 8 at the 2007 Champion of the Make-a-Wish Olympics.
Media Olympics begins at 11:45 after the teams are presented at Queen's Court at the Endgame Stage.
From 11:45-12:45 all teams compete in the next 3 challenges:
- Great Lawn Bowling Challenge: The Media Teams are chomping at the bit compete in this year's exciting Lawn Bowling challenge! A favorite of Henry VIII on the grass at Bacchus Wine Tasting!
- The Amazing Maze Challenge: Race through the Amazing Maze to see who can make their way through in the least amount of time.
- The Bulls Eye Archery Challenge: Let your arrows fly at Mither's Merriements. The closer to the center of the target the more points received.
At 1:00 all the teams form together to compete in:
- Press-A-Wench (Chess Arena): One ringer from each team will be chosen to try to bench press a lovely wench as many times as he or she can.
After Press-A-Wench a decision will be made as to the 2008 Make-A-Wish Champion. Come cheer on your favorite personalities and the Make-A-Wish kids!!
