In addition to the wondrously dulcet tones of the weekend, join Her Majesty and local media celebrities in support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation as media teams compete in Mount Hope's Annual Media Olympics all for the Make-A-Wish Kids! Merchants, Artisans, and Royal Performers will be collecting money for Make-A-Wish with their contributions matched from Her Majesty's very own Royal Treasury!

The Return of the Royal Kazoo Orchestra: The Mad Mechanicals return to teach all those interested in joining in song at the Finale in Song. Using the ancient musical instrument known as Ka-Zoo...you'll learn to play England's Greatest Ka-Zoo song!

The Make-A-Wish Media Olympics

The Citizens of the Shire come together to introduce to the Queen all the Media Personalities taking part in the Media Olympics Competition all for the good of the Make-A-Wish Children! The Olympics occur on September 14th. Visit the Faire and cheer on your favorite personalities all in the name of the Make-A-Wish Kids!

Media Olympic's Press A Wench!

The Press-A-Wench competition is truly a crowd favorite at the Make-A-Wish Media Olympics.

To help raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, local Radio & TV personalities join the Wish Children in competing in a number of events. The Reigning Champion was WGAL Channel 8 the 2007 Champion of the Make-a-Wish Olympics.

The four challenges of this awesomely incredible contest of champions are as follows:

The Mystery Challenge: The Media Teams are chomping at the bit to discover this year's mystery challenge.
The Amazing Maze Challenge: Race through the Amazing Maze to see who can make their way through in the least amount of time.
The Bulls Eye Archery Challenge: Let your arrows fly at Mither's Merriements. The closer to the center of the target the more points received.
Press-A-Wench: One ringer from each team will be chosen to try to bench press a lovely wench as many times as he or she can.
