Pyrates on the Shire

Rascals, Rogues and Pyrates abound, as the Shire is besieged by unscrupulous sailors. Swashbuckler Brew will flow and the sea shanties sung on this fine "Argg"-ust weekend.

Piratical Competitions, Ceremonies & Merriements!
Visiting guests construct their own pirate ship to parade on the shire! Guests are encouraged to come to the Faire dressed in garb of their own. Experience the Fantasy firsthand!	Pirate Treasure Hunt: Youthful pirates all, pick up yer maps at the Front Gate as the Treasure Hunt begins anew! Scour the Shire, find the pieces of the map and ye surely will be rewarded! A Test of Piratical Might: Pirates all, don your piratical garb, attempt your loudest and swarthiest "ARRRR" and take a "stab" at some slow-motion swashbuckling to see who the future pirates of the sea might be. Faire prizes abound for winners! A Pirate Parade: Pirates young and old are invited to parade and process in the Fantastical Fun Parade. Parade information will be posted at a later date.

	The Pirates of the Shire ceremoniously open the gates with the Firing of the Guns! Visit the Sea Hag, the Faire's very own run-aground Pirate Ship on Swashbuckler Lane and of course the Pirate's Den on Privy Lane for special Piratical shopping!
