1. Where do we park once we get on the grounds?
a. As soon as you drive onto the site you’ll be greeted by parking attendants who will know exactly where to direct you.
b. Parking is free and parking attendants will guide you.
2. How do I get to the Feis registration and admissions areas?
Follow the signs that you’ll see posted once you park. There will be a security checkpoint prior to entering the grounds. The short answer is: Head toward the big Castle Tower!
3. Can I pre‐register? NEW THIS YEAR PLEASE READ
a. Yes, strongly recommended. 7:00 pm—9:00pm Friday night at the:
Celtic Fling grounds during the Gaelic Storm Concert.
There will not be pre‐ registration at the host hotel this year.
b. Pre‐register Friday night and avoid registration lines on Saturday morning.
c. In addition tickets for the Celtic Fling can be purchased at pre registration.
Another way to avoid lines!
4. What do I need to know about registration the day of the Celtic Fling Feis?
a. When does registration begin? 7:00 a.m. at the Registration Tent by the Castle Gates.
b. What else do I need to know? Admission to the Feis and the Fling at the $15.00 per adult rate and the $5.00 per child age 5—11 rates are only good until 10:00am.
After 10:00am, the full price of $25.95 at the gate will be charged. This does NOT apply to registered dancers, as their paid fees are their “ticket” to the Feis on Saturday.
5. Guidelines to a smooth entrance to the Celtic Fling Feis
a. All dancers (that are not pre‐registered) and family members must report to the Registration Tent prior
to going to the Entrance Gate to purchase tickets for admission.
b. Again, pre‐registration Friday night will enable you to go right to Entrance Gate Saturday morning.
6. Will we get a stage assignment sheet when we register?
a. Yes, we will hand them out Friday night and Saturday morning at Registration.

7. Where are the stages located?
They are highlighted on the map that we will hand out, and there will be signs pointing to the Feis area where the stages are located, as well as the awards tent, vendors and food.

8. Where are the privies (Renaissance for bathrooms)?
These will be in the immediate Feis area, and are highlighted on the map.
9. Is food available inside the Feis grounds?
a. Bringing beverages and foods onto the site is not permitted.
b. Right on the Feis site will be a food and beverage concession by our Swashbuckler Pub & Eatery
10. Where can we pick up awards?
This will be in the immediate Feis area.
11. No need to sign up for receiving results in the mail.
We will e‐mail all results.
12. Will I be able to enjoy the Celtic Fling & Highland Games during the Feis?
Yes, your admission to the Feis also allows you to enter the Fling on Saturday.
13. Lost and Found & ATM?
Lost & found is located right near the Main Gate at the Informistress booth.
There are 3 ATM’s located on the Festival site
1) Carriage House Wine Shoppe
2) Swashbuckler Brew Pub
3) Adjacent to Oddfellows Leather
14. Security and First Aid?
There will be a security force on the entire site all day. There will be First Aid available in the immediate FEIS area and as well out on the festival site.
15. Lawn chairs, “pup” tents?
You may bring lawn chairs, small “beach blankets,” even small “pup” tents with you, but please, as always, be mindful of the very large crowd. Remember, please do not block walkways

There are no changing facilities on the Feis site.
18. Ground Conditions.
Please be aware that due to the concentrated amount of people in the immediate Feis area the ground may become muddy and slippery. Please dress appropriately.
19. Pets?
No pets are allowed on the Feis or Fling Site at anytime during the festival.
