The 14th Annual Blues & Brews at Mount Hope

Guests can savor the taste of a summertime Maryland feast without the drive: Hard Shell Crabs, Steamed Shrimp, BBQ Pork, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Garden Pasta Salad, Hush Puppies, Fresh Fruit, and Dessert. Beer from the Swashbuckler Brewing Company will round out this summertime feast. All the amazing food you can eat, unlimited drinks, and live music with one admission ticket.

  • Tickets are session specific and must be reserved in advance. There are a limited amount of tickets per session and they may sell out.
  • To allow our staff to communicate the necessary quantities with our crab supplier, we adhere to a ticket purchase deadline. Ticket sales end at 4PM, Friday July 7th.
  • Tickets are available for purchase on the Virtual Box Office.

Group Reservations

Discounts are available for groups of 15 or more through Mount Hope's Group Sales Department. This unique and exciting experience makes the perfect setting for any group outing!

Ticket Exchange Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Following the World Health Organization's declaration on May 5 to the end the COVID global health emergency and the Public Health Emergency (PHE) expiring on May 11, 2023, the ticket no-refunds policy is being upheld in cases of positive Covid testing. Tickets may be exchanged per the Ticket Exchange Policy if applicable.
  • Exchange Requests must be made via the online Box Office Help Request or by email to BxOffice@PaRenFaire.com. The order number and new date must be provided at the time of request.
  • Exchange Requests will be reviewed during Box Office hours, Mon-Fri, 9AM-4PM.
  • Exchanges cannot be made into a sold-out performance day.
  • Exchanges will not be made from one event to another.
  • Tickets do not transfer from one year to a future year. Unused expired tickets are null and void.
  • Approved Exchange Requests will be processed and an email confirmation with new ticket links sent to the associated box office account email.
  • Exchange Requests will not be honored after the date appearing on the tickets.
  • Complimentary Tickets cannot be exchanged.
  • Outdoor Events at Mount Hope are rain or shine events. Exchanges will not be made due to weather.

Please Note: No matter what your age, please be prepared to show proper identification in order to consume alcohol. Valid ID includes a state issued driver's license or state issued ID card with photo, a passport, or a United States military identification card with photo. We are unable to accept any foreign driver's license. Note that the identification cannot be expired at the time of the festival.

The Revolution Heroes

The Revolution Heroes have been described as a group of talented and diverse musicians. The band showcases and explores a wide range of blues -- from its origins in the Delta to the spread north and its subsequent influence on rock and folk music in the United States and Great Britain from the 1960s to the present. Seamlessly woven into the bands tapestry of blues music are several self-compositions.

General Information

The event is located on the grounds of Mount Hope Estate, home of the PA Renaissance Faire. The street address is 2775 Lebanon Rd. Manheim, PA 17545.
There is plenty of free parking on the grounds of Mount Hope Estate. Please follow ALL traffic signage when you drive on grounds.

Enjoy Swashbuckler & Mannheim Beers and Lancaster County Ciders along with a variety of non-alcoholic options.

Pets are not permitted on the fairegrounds or inside the Mansion, with the exception of dogs during Dog Days at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire (Saturdays & Sundays, August through October). Please do not leave animals in your car.

Children are welcome to attend, but require a ticket due to the limited capacity of the event. Please see the Blues & Brews Ticket Information Section to learn more.
For the well being of all our guests, smoking is prohibited around any seating areas. Your cooperations is appreciated for the comfort of all in attendance.
Outside food and drink items are NOT permitted on the fairegrounds with the exception of water.
Please do not. To distribute other materials on site is in violation of our no-soliciting rule. Distributing products (especially those intended as edibles) without a waiver on-site is in violation of state law and contrary to the application process that each member of our Shire Marketplace undergoes to continue to offer quality artisan goods.
Yes, Blues & Brews is ADA accessible. There is handicapped parking available at the Wine Shop. Please follow the directional signs that lead you to that area when you arrive.
Cars are permitted to stay parked in the lot overnight if the driver has been drinking and has found another way home. Camping is not permitted in the parking lot of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire.
Restrooms will be located within walking distance of the Blues & Brew Event and will be clearly marked with directional sigange.
Items found during or after the event will be kept in the Wine Shop (717-665-7021 ext 300).

Ticket Information

An admission for Blues & Brews includes the all-you-can-eat feast, as well as Swashbuckler Beers and Lancaster County Cider. Admission also includes live music throughout the event.
Tickets can be purchased on the Virtual Box Office. Tickets will not be available day-of.
Conditions of Ticket Sale

All sales are final. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Event tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not for resale. Once a ticket has been scanned at the Front Gate upon entry, it is voided and no longer holds any value. The Faire does not monitor any guests’ level of participation or length of stay. Refunds are not available to guests who choose to leave. The bearer of an event ticket agrees to hold blameless and harmless Mazza Vineyards, Inc. or any of its affiliates, in the event of personal injury or loss or damage to property. The holder of the ticket assumes all responsibilities for any risk of bodily harm or loss of property sustained while attending the event, and waives all rights to lay claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during or after the event. You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume Alcohol.
Your ID will be verified before being served alcohol. Outside food, drink and pets are not permitted. You hereby consent to the reasonable search for alcoholic beverages, drugs, or firearms. You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event.

No, Blues & Brews is a rain of shine event and is held under the cover of the Feasting Glen pavillions. There will be no refund or exchanges because of weather.
