Audition Dates: Wednesday, September 10 & Thursday, September 11, 2025
Mount Hope Estate & Winery, the home of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, is now seeking dynamic, versatile interactive theatre performers for the 2025 Holidays at Mount Hope Dinner Theatre and the Yuletide Festival! These unique, immersive holiday events combine scripted performance, improvisation, music, and festive cheer to bring the spirit of the season to life.
Production Details
Holidays at Mount Hope Dinner Theatre
- Rehearsals: October 21 – November 2, 2025
- Performances: Weekdays, November 3 – December 20, 2025 (one Saturday evening for final performance)
- Rehearsals: November 11 – November 26, 2025
- Festival Dates: Weekends only, November 28 – December 14, 2025
- Note: Performers may be cast in one or both productions depending on availability and fit.
- Date: Wednesday, September 10, 2025 and Thursday, September 11, 2025
- Location: Mount Hope Mansion – 2775 Lebanon Rd Manheim, PA 17545
- Time: Timed audition slots will begin at 3pm. Please see signup instructions below.*
- Prepare:
- 16 to 32 bars or 30 seconds of a traditional holiday song (a cappella or with your own accompaniment)
- A 1-minute comedic monologue
Please bring a headshot and resume. If you play an instrument or have any special skills you feel could be relevant, please bring anything you need with you.
About the Shows
- Holidays at Mount Hope is a festive, comedic dinner theatre experience set in a Victorian-style celebration of Christmas, featuring scripted scenes, holiday music, and table-side character interaction.
- The Yuletide Festival transforms the Faire grounds into a winter wonderland with interactive performances, caroling, and holiday merriment for all ages.
